Aljur Abrenica’s onscreen partner, Kris Bernal, who attended a birthday party with Carlo Aquino, denied that there is more to it than meets the eye.

“Kami ni Carlo, magkaibigan kami. Pero di naman namin pinag-usapan na magsasabay kami. Siguro nagkataon lang talaga na sabay kaming dumating,” Kris clarified.

Aljur, whom Kris refers to as one of her ‘secret keepers,’ seconded her statement.

“Ang alam ko, wala naman talaga eh. Friends lang po talaga [sila],” said he.

The two attended their first fashion show as Bench endorsers on Oct. 25 at the SM Mall of Asia in lieu of the Philippine Fashion Week.

Dingdong Dantes searches for a ‘star’

Kapuso leading man Dingdong Dantes flew to Singapore on Oct. 30 for the first leg of the “StarStruck V” auditions.

Recent “Survivor Philippines: Palau” castoff Shaun Rodriguez is willing to carry over his sexy image in the reality show to other showbiz projects.

“Kung sa packaging na sexy, wala namang problema sa’kin,” he said.

Shaun added that he has not set limitations and is willing to go all the way.

“Walang limitations, lalo na kung maganda ‘yung story. Sa isla nga naka-trunks ka lang, or minsan naka-brief, or minsan nga naghuhubad ka pa harap ng kamera eh,” the hot daddy of Zambales boldly declared.

Aljur Abrenica has signed a recording contract with GMA Records and BMG Records.

“Singing po talaga ‘yung passion ko. Bago mag-artista [ay] kumakanta na po ako. Pangarap ko po talaga [na] maging singer,” said he who considers the break a dream come true.
