Comedienne Kitkat fainted while taking a bath due to what she said was dehydration.

She collapsed while preparing for a show in the US as part of Star Magic’s 17th anniversary celebration. 

A fellow Star Magic talent, Melissa Ricks who was her room mate, came to her rescue.

“Nag-aayos ako for the show nang bigla na lang ako nakarinig ng ‘Help, help.’ I went to the bathroom at nakita ko siya sa tub kaya tumawag ako ng tulong,” said Melissa in a TV interview.

She added: ““Never pang nangyari sa kanya [Kitkat] ‘yan. Alam kong very strong ang kanyang resistensiya [kaya] nagulat talaga ako. Akala ko nga nagbibiro siya.”

Kitkat confirmed the incident through a text message that she sent to showbiz-oriented program, “Showbiz News Ngayon.”

“Oo, nag-collapse ako. Dehydrated ako tapos sobra akong nahilo. Habang nasa shower ako at nagsa shampoo ng hair, bumagsak ako,” the message read.

Kitkat was brought to the hospital for treatment. She was discharged and was able to perform in the show.

The comedienne came back to Manila on Wednesday, July 1.
