It’s over.

To nobody’s surprise, Annabelle Rama and daughter Ruffa Guiterrez finally kissed and made up.

The two arrived separately but almost at the same time Monday night at the wake of talent manager Douglas Quijano in Taguig City.

It was Ruffa who ended the rift when she approached Annabelle.

“I was actually a bit apprehensive that she might humiliate me…ignore me. Thankfully, she did not. I felt so…relieved,” she excitedly shared to audiences on her morning talk show, “Ruffa and Ai”.

“I know my mom is softhearted…I know deep inside she loves me,” she added.

Last week, news abound that a bitter spat apparently forced Ruffa to move out of the family home.

Allegedly, Ruffa has been entertaining “a young lover”— to the consternation of her mom.

Neither confirmed this, but rumors of a dalliance between actor John Lloyd Cruz and Guiterrez quickly made the rounds.

Both have since denied the issue.

Rama expressed satisfaction with Ruffa’s gesture.

“It’s a good thing that she decided to approach me,” Rama said. “That’s what I’ve been waiting for [her to do] all along.”

Rama credited Quijano for making the reconciliation possible.

“I’m sure Douglas had a hand on this. I’m sure this had made him happy.”

However, the glib-tongued Rama still had a few words to say to her daughter.

“I hope that she would just listen when I give her advice.”
