Hairdressers from all over the country were treated to a hair show at the Music Museum recently by Matrix, the popular professional haircare brand. Artistic educator Andrew Tan, from Singapore, demonstrated coloring, cut, and styling for all hairstylists to enjoy and learn from. 

An exhibit of the latest hair trends, as interpreted by the Matrix crew, was also showcased. It’s all about fluidity and movement,  nothing too stiff. Hence, the name of this season’s trend, “In The Flow.”

Here are Matrix’s top new and very wearable hairstyles for the holiday season:

1. Go for a mix of contrast. Long and wispy, face-framing hair looks rather refreshing when paired with sculptured bangs. A blend of mocha and copper lights keeps it very wearable.

2. Cropped hairstyles aren’t bidding goodbye just yet. This time, it’s still textured but paired with fringed layers to soften this tough and modern look.

3. Sexy waves are still very much a hit, they evoke mysterious yet fun vibe.

4. A blend of dark ruby and red violet makes this a hot number to sport. We love the sweeping fringe, too!
